What’s Included

• On-Site Process Documentation

  On-Site Multi-Media Capture for up to 8 Processes and over 100 images a with maximum of 3 videos per process. Must be documented on site with maximum of 40 hours.

  1 week of off-site media editing and uploading to Finish Genius Work Instructions including process documentation corrections and editing for final delivery.

• Participation Requirements

  • In-House Process Content Expert with detailed process knowledge throughout on-site engagement

  • Optional – Process Content Expert available, requires one personnel with process sequence knowledge throughout on-site engagement

How We Document Processes

Using your in-house process content expert, our documentation expert will develop line by line Play Script.  Each line item task may be illustrated with pictorial or video assets. All documentation is uploaded into electronic FG Work Instructions. Off site, the documentation expert will perform edits to all documentation assets and request accuracy verification from the client.  All the final edits are made and approved documents are released with password documentation controls.

PRICING

• Locally Hosted Pricing

  $ 8500

  plus 1 week travel and expenses

  Optional – Process Content Expert available for 1 week on site process documentation – additional $4000 plus travel and expenses

  If additional hours or work are required, it will be billed at $125/hour.

• Online Application Pricing

  $3000

  plus 1 week travel and expenses, plus $175/month for length of FG license agreement

  Optional – Process Content Expert available for 1 week on site process documentation – call for quote

  If additional work is required beyond scope of package, it will be billed at $105/hour.
